Though the latter is particularly known for its great white wines, some terroirs such as \"Les Santenots\" are more adapted to the Pinot Noir grape, allowing it to express all of its finesse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes for this wine were harvested by hand. They then macerated for 18-21 days before fermentation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnjoy Albert Bichot Volnay Premier Cru Les Santenots with red and white roasted meats, or medium-strength cheeses.
