Set in the rolling hills of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, the estate is stunningly picturesque.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday, the founder Bartolomeo’s grandchildren run the estate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey produce the wines sustainably, using no chemical fertilisers or herbicides. Solar energy powers the winery, and water is drawn from its own ancient well. The wines then received organic certification in 2019.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes for this wine were hand-harvested then fermented in stainless steel for 12-15 days.
