The vineyards are biodynamic and began their move towards organic farming in 1997.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe winemakers macerate this wine with an extended 15-day skin contact, which gives it a deeper colour and a rich, spicy aroma. They carry out this process in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 9-month ageing period in 600L barrels.
