Its fully renovated cellar ensures optimal conditions for meticulous vinification.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLocated on the road between the medieval cities of Carcassonne and Narbonne, the vineyards enjoy a privileged spot in the Corbières region. The vines, oriented East\/West, grow in clay-limestone and silty-clay soils. This therefore offers an ideal balance for the region’s emblematic grape varieties.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJÉRÉMIE draws its strength from a thoughtful blend. A 45% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre blend, this wine reveals the richness as well as the diversity of the terroir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eProducers cultivate the vines, on average twenty years of age, according to environmentally friendly practices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach grape variety is treated individually.
