The name translates to Eternal Night given to describe its sensuality and beautiful colour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese Syrah parcels lie around 200 metres above sea level, caressed by the cooling sea breezes from the Atlantic a few kilometres away.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were hand-harvested, then some were crushed.
