Here, 138 different winegrowers bring top quality grapes to the winery from across 160 acres of land, creating wines showcasing the diversity of the region's terroir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes for this Pinot Bianco grow in Nals Margreid's highest east-facing  vineyards, where the mild summers and cool autumns allow for a long growing season and a late harvest.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are harvested by hand. Afterwards, the clarified must is fermented for around three weeks in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the young wine ages on the lees for a further five months.
