They embody both the tradition of Sicilian winemaking and the commitment to sustainable, organic agriculture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes for this wine, after hand-harvesting, are rapidly taken to the winery, gently pressed under one BAR of pressure at most and immediately refrigerated at 16°C. The high quality wort is prepared for the fermentation with the selected yeast at a temperature of 16°-18° days. It then ages in a stainless tank a controlled temperature.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSensale Grillo Bio is a straw-yellow wine with a fresh and friendly character. On the palate it displays great balance: savoury and fruity at the same time. It has bright and juicy green apple, white peach and honeydew melon\u003cstrong\u003e \u003c\/strong\u003earomas. Persistent floral mingle with ginger spice and lovely fresh acidity, both on the nose and the palace. The aromas carry through each sip with elegance and persistence.
