Organic strains selected one by one to ensure it expresses its varietal balance and the native soil of an area covering two hectares. Patiently made; the grapes are destemmed and barely crushed, fermented at low temperatures for a minimum of 30 days in stainless steel vats. They remain on their lees without additives for five months, and then gently filtered and bottled.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnjoy Son Vich de Superna Expresión alongside white and red meats, foie gras, cheeses, and pastas.
