Then, the grapes underwent traditional maceration for 10-12 days and later a temperature-controlled fermentation. Part of the wine aged in new oak barrels for six months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnjoy Villa Mottura Stilio Primitivo di Manduria at a temperature of 18-20°C. It shines alongside red meats, wild game roasts and also aged cheeses.
