This wine hails from the Maconnais region of Burgundy, a southern appellation of the area known for its great value white wines.
The grapes for this wine were harvested both manually and mechanically, then direct pressed and settled. Fermentation took place at low temperatures. Then, the wine was aged on fine lees in 100% oak barrels for twelve months.

Producer's Tasting Notes

You can age the wine for five to ten years to allow for the development of rich honeyed notes.
