Wild IS Earth (WISE) is a kombucha microbrewery, bar, and creative space in Kentish Town, London. It is located at 327 Kentish Town Road, taking over the site of the former family-run Tolli Patisserie. Founded by Livia Palmiero, the space focuses on "Wild Fermentation," sustainability, and community-led creative experiences.
