Alma Finca Orange Liqueur is a true farm-to-bottle product, and the only Mexican orange liqueur made from fresh ingredients harvested from the Yucatan peninsula, the citrus capital of Mexico.
The name Alma Finca combines the Spanish words for "Soul" (Alma) and "Estate" (Finca), representing the product's essence and the celebration of the Yucatán Peninsula's vibrant landscapes, culinary heritage, and rich history.
Bright sun, tropical conditions, and rich soil enriched by coral provide unparalleled growing conditions for world-renowned citrus. Farmers grow each ingredient by hand using traditional methods.
Containing bitter oranges, which are native to Mexico, as well as sweet oranges and their leaves, Persian lime leaves and lemon leaves, this liqueur is a true taste sensation. Allspice and achiote complete the blend. Each ingredient is macerated individually in neutral cane spirit for five days and then blended together to create this delicious orange liqueur.
On the palate, this offers a perfect combination of sweetness, subtle bitterness and hint of spices that ends with a lasting finish of orange and lime flavours. It's smooth and beautifully warming.
