The NV Rosé Grand Cru is a blended rosé whose structure is brought by the frame of Pinot Noir, elegantly balanced by its Chardonnay. Its richness in red wine and its content dosage makes it a wine to be enjoyed in any season, as an aperitif as with a meal.
Finely balanced this non-vintage wine contains Pinot Noir (89%), including 15% red wine, with Chardonnay (11%). Matured in stainless steel vats for purity, with red wine aged in Burgundy casks, it undergoes full malolactic fermentation, rounding out the texture. The 6g/L dosage is split—half aged Chardonnay in Sauternes Grand Cru barrels, half aged Pinot Noir in seasoned Burgundy casks, adding subtle richness and depth.
