Its owner, Carmen Villarreal, oversees the team and the creation of all Corazón Tequilas. The estate is over 130 years old and honours the craft of tequila-making.
Every part of the production process happens onsite, from the agave harvest to the bottling of the spirit. They use 100% traditional blue weber agave. This allows for innovation while ensuring minimal impact of the land, and preserves ancient production methods.
