We're buzzing to offer in limited amounts 140g jars of our delicious Hiver Smoked Honey.
We gently smoke our summer blossom honey with British apple wood for 3 hours to create a mild, sweet and fruity smoked profile. This honey is fantastic on cheese, sourdoughs & cornbreads through to whisky sours. Enjoy!
