Arbikie Estate is a family-owned working farm on the east coast of Angus, Scotland.
This estate is profoundly shaped by its environment. The red sandstone-tinted soil, the powerful sea, and the turbulent weather give Arbikie a character unlike any other.

Kirsty’s Gin takes its name from Arbikie's master distiller, Kirsty Black. She carefully selected local botanicals to highlight the distillery's unique landscape and surroundings.
The kelp, carline thistle and blaeberries (Scottish Blueberry) represent the elements of ocean, rock & land that surround their Scottish east coast farmlands.
It then creates a wonderfully creamy gin filled with the character of Arbikie's Angus home.
Enjoy Arbikie Kirsty's Gin with your favourite tonic, and garnish with blueberries and a lemon twist. It also shines in a classic Bees' Knees cocktail.

Nose: Fresh, crisp, black pepper, seaside character.
Palate: Smooth, creamy, floral, citrus, delicate black pepper notes.
Finish: Coriander seed spice then leads into a finish of gently salinity.
