Lanzerac Kurktrekker Cinsaut is a rich and powerful South African red wine from one of Stellenbosch's oldest wineries. This is the cellarmaster's selection, part of a range of top-quality wines reflecting Lanzerac's mission and history.
Steeped in history dating back to 1692, Lanzerac Wine Estate is a historic landmark and Stellenbosch icon. This Cinsault red wine is synonymous with old world charm and rich Cape heritage.
Whole bunch fermentation took place in open fermenters with punch downs twice a day. Gently pressing with a small basket press ensures soft, silky tannins. After approximately a year of maturation in older French oak barrels, the wine was bottled.
