Palacio del Camino Real Rioja Crianza is a dynamic blend of classic Rioja style and modern accessibility that is crafted with grapes from the region's best vineyards, honouring the traditions of its birthplace.
The winemaker, José Miguel Arambarri, from La Rioja, planted the vineyard in 1999 to revive his ancestors' wine business. Since then, he has acquired a large number of vineyards and wineries, and his sons have joined him in business. Today, the business, Vintae, produces wines in 15 Denominations of Origin, and boasts a young and innovative team of over 50 employees.
Once reserved for royalty, wine lovers now widely admire Rioja thanks to the preservation of its tradition by dedicated winemakers.
This wine is a great value Rioja comprising of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano. The wine spends 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
On the palate, ripe dark fruits mix with coffee, vanilla, balsamic and woody notes. This is a smooth, light and fruity Rioja wine with gentle tannins, as well as great persistence and structure. It's upfront, juicy and bold with a generous profile.
